Professor of Beijing Foreign Studies University; President of China BFLE, Director of “National English Curriculum Standards” group; In his 50 years’ teaching career, he has been focusing on not only the undergraduate and postgraduate education, but also “ one series” English teaching from primary through university levels. Since1999, invited by Ministry of Education, he has been being responsible for the development of “National English Syllabus Standards”in Basic Education period.
