Adrian Tennant has been involved in ELT for the past twenty years as a teacher, trainer and writer. He now lives in the UK and spends most of his time at Heathrow or in front of his computer where he writes ELT materials. He has written materials for the following Young Learners Courses: Way Ahead, Move Ahead, Smart, Prospects, Inspirations as well as being the co-author on Primary for Saudi Arabia and English Matters (a five level coursebook for schools in Uzbekistan).



Wendy Arnold has worked as a teacher, teacher trainer, researcher and materials writer. She is an active member of the IATEFL Young Learner's special interest group (Sig) and is the author of coursebooks and resources for young learners in Asia and Saudi Arabia. She has contributed to ELTJ (English Language Teaching Journal), CATS (Children and Teenagers) publication, English Language Learning Materials, and the British Council/BBC http://www.teachingenglish.org.uk . Her special interests are in the professional development of primary teachers of English and reading for young learner literacy.



Hans Mol has worked as a teacher, trainer and materials writer for more than 25 years. He is active on the committee of IATEFL's Young Learner's SIG and is the author of a large number of courses and resources aimed at English learners ranging from young learners to adults. He has contributed to Megatrends, Creative English, Mega, Next Stop, Attitude, Shift, Style Update, Real English, Macmillan English Campus, Onestopenglish and is working on a new young learner course. Gordon Lewis earned a B.Sc. in Languages and Linguistics from Georgetown University, Washington D.C. and an M.Sc. from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, Monterey, California.

While working as a freelance journalist in Vienna, Austria, he taught English and was editor of an English language cultural magazine. He founded Lewis Languages children's programme in 1991, which became the Children's Language School, which was sold to Berlitz in 1999.

From 2001 to 2003 he was Director of Instructor Training and Development for Berlitz Kids in Princeton, New Jersey. From 2004-2008 he served as Director of Curriculum and Academics for Kaplan Aspect. Currently, he is Global Director of English Programs for the Laureate Education Group. He is also on the committee of the IATEFL Young Learners Special Interest Group.

He is co-author of Games for Children and author of The Internet and Young Learners and Teenagers, all in the Resource Books for Teachers series published by Oxford University Press.



Caroline Linse is a senior lecturer at Queen's University, Belfast where she teaches in both master's and doctoral programs in TESOL.. She has worked in English as a Second Language programs in various parts of the US including rural Alaska and in EFL programs in Belarus, Latvia, Mexico, Korea and American Samoa.

She has published a wide variety of ELT materials both for the English as a Second/Additional Language and EFL markets. She received her doctorate from Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is also author of the methodology textbook, Practical English Language: Young Learners, published by McGraw Hill that is part of David Nunan's series- Practical English.
